Why We Exist
BizNWA was founded with the vision to serve more businesses in Northwest Arkansas by providing the area's resources to small businesses. With so many networking events, resources, and more, Northwest Arkansas is an amazing place to start a business. This is the place to be an entrepreneur. While Northwest Arkansas is surrounded by gigantic corporations, the breath of small businesses that make up the area make it a great place to live.
Norris Design is a branding and graphic design firm in Northwest Arkansas that specializes in high quality graphic design and brand strategy. We are small scale so that we can offer the highest quality, attention, and results to each of our clients. Our focus is and will always be on personal relationships, high quality work, and merging strategy and creativity as one.
We are interested in helping businesses find the value of design that is both beautiful and strategic. When this is done, the end result is of such higher value to our clients.
Beauty and strategy should always go hand-in-hand with graphic design and marketing, yet most of the time they do not. We work one-on-one with businesses so that we can help the each to develop a strategic brand that works hard for them. Branding is more than a logo, it is who a business is and how a business is perceived. We are here to take advantage of this and make sure that the impression you create each and every day is fostering the brand that works how it is intended.

Involvement in the Community
As a company, it is our honor to be involved in the small business community in Northwest Arkansas. We are excited to give back in a variety of ways to the community that has given so much to us. We have had the honor of serving as a mentor for the Fuel Accelerator Program, facilitating and teaching at numerous events with Startup Junkie, teaching a workshop through the University of Arkansas, and attending and presenting multiple times at 1 Million Cups.

Kimberly Norris
I was raised here in Northwest Arkansas. After college, I started my business Norris Design to serve the area with quality branding, design, and marketing. Northwest Arkansas is a place full of opportunities for small businesses. The opportunities here created by the local cities and large enterprises make the difficult job of starting and growing a business a little bit easier.
It is my passion to help small businesses in any way that I can through education, workshops, volunteering, and now through this site.
The Team
The team is made up of the employees of Norris Design. They have worked together to see out this vision from planning to the logo design, illustration, and seeing the website to fruition. It has been a true collaboration that has brought you this website and we all hope it will serve your business well.
